Careers at Hire Aura

Help us build the flight decision engine travelers actually trust.

We're a small, early-stage team — which means your work here ships fast and matters immediately. If that sounds like your kind of thing, we'd love to hear from you.

Why join now

Early enough to shape it, far enough along to matter.

Hire Aura is past the "is this a real idea" stage and into the "people are using this every day" stage — but we're still small enough that one person's work changes what the product feels like.

You won't be the hundredth engineer on a feature team. You'll be one of a handful of people deciding how the Trip Value Score should actually work.

How we work

Small team, high trust, no busywork.

We ship fast, talk to users constantly, and measure everything we build against one bar: does this save someone real time on a real trip. If it doesn't, it doesn't ship.

We're fully remote and async-friendly, with a short list of overlap hours so the team can still talk in real time when it matters.

What we're hiring for

Product Engineer

Full-stack, with a bias toward the scoring engine and the app experience that surfaces it. You'll own features end to end.

Data & Scoring Analyst

Own the signals behind the Trip Value Score — delay risk, layover quality, fare trends — and keep them honest as the data grows.

Growth & Partnerships

Help more travelers find Hire Aura and build the relationships — travel creators, corporate travel teams — that get us there.

Don't see a fit but think you'd still be a great addition to the team? Apply anyway — we'd rather hear from you than miss you.

How to apply

Takes about two minutes.

Send us your name, the role you're interested in (or "not sure yet"), and a little about yourself — including a link to your resume or portfolio if you have one. We read every application ourselves.

If you'd rather just introduce yourself first, reach out through our Contact Us page and mention you're interested in the team — we'll follow up.
